I think I used too many beans (I started from dry and measured 1.5-1.75 cups after cooking but packed them down - googling found a similar recipes that says 1.5 c or 250g as a sub so I am going to try weighing next time!) and probably should have cooked the beans to a mushier texture but they grew on me as the week went on so I am definitely up for trying them again and messing around w/ the ingredient ratios more! I popped a couple in the freezer as a test and plan to eat them after swimming tonight.. the rest are long gone :)Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13569268782167959936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8040858831753227284.post-62834039041086781362013-11-11T07:15:04.883-08:002013-11-11T07:15:04.883-08:00awesome!! i hope you did have time and they came o...awesome!! i hope you did have time and they came out well :)Stefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13429963920576740561noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8040858831753227284.post-22159873112467746992013-11-08T16:06:09.658-08:002013-11-08T16:06:09.658-08:00also I just love the idea of healthy brownies!!also I just love the idea of healthy brownies!!Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13569268782167959936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8040858831753227284.post-66139843742581363462013-11-08T16:05:40.303-08:002013-11-08T16:05:40.303-08:00ok I think I am going to have time to make these t...ok I think I am going to have time to make these this weekend! last nights less than stellar Anna's (which I normally like - I think it was a combo of me ordering something too spicy and them making it spicier than normal) convinced me that I need to have something easy to bring to the pool for those "so hungry post swim that I can't wait to get back to the office and make PB and toast" nights!Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13569268782167959936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8040858831753227284.post-3175594873701088792013-10-25T10:02:42.797-07:002013-10-25T10:02:42.797-07:00Becky, yes! (If you want more details on the carb to protein ratio, a study talking about it is cited in this post: http://energyneutral.blogspot.com/2013/10/perfect-pumpkin-pancakes.html)Stefhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13429963920576740561noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8040858831753227284.post-83222915762490448682013-10-25T09:15:35.073-07:002013-10-25T09:15:35.073-07:00this sounds like a great post swim snack!!this sounds like a great post swim snack!!Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13569268782167959936noreply@blogger.com
